This charter is the result of a close collaboration between Hello Lille and the Pasteur Institute of Lille, in a concerted manner with all the players in the industry.

The objective is to reassure visitors that Lille is a safe destination.

It is based on 10 key commitments, including respect for barrier gestures, social distancing, specific cleaning and disinfection of premises, specific measures in case of heat waves, securing air conditioning and ventilation systems, etc.
